WHY CRAIG REIMER CUSTOM HOMES?
Craig Reimer Custom Homes has been building exceptional homes throughout Suncadia and Tumble Creek since the very beginning. In fact, our first home was started before the roads were paved. Today, we have completed more than 90 homes throughout these communities and remain one of the area's most experienced custom home builders.
As a boutique builder, we intentionally limit ourselves to only five or six homes under construction at any given time. This allows owner Craig Reimer to remain personally involved in every project and on-site nearly every day. Our clients enjoy direct access to Craig throughout the entire building process, creating a level of communication and accountability that larger builders often cannot provide.
As a former CPA, Craig brings a strong financial background to every project. Once plans and finish selections are established, we develop realistic preliminary budgets designed to accurately reflect project costs. Our approach is built on transparency, honest communication, and helping clients make informed decisions from the beginning.
One of our greatest strengths is our extensive experience with the Suncadia and Tumble Creek Design Review process, as well as Kittitas County permitting requirements. Our long-standing relationships and understanding of these processes help streamline approvals and reduce unnecessary delays, allowing our clients to move forward with confidence.
Whether building a high-quality mountain retreat or a fully custom luxury residence, we work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life. We regularly arrange tours of previously completed homes and encourage prospective clients to speak directly with past homeowners to learn about their experience working with us.
